Modern Buddhist Practices: Compassion Buddhist guidance for dealing with uncertainties about health, politics, social justice, public safety, the economy and other issues are just as valid and useful today as they were in ancient India. Learn about Buddhist principles and how they can be applied to bring contentment, love and connection despite worries and insecurity. These sessions will introduce you to a specific practice for cultivating an essential skill for modern living - compassion for yourself and others.
